Stripe is available on all plans.<\/li>\r\n<li>O <strong>Offline payment gateway<\/strong> allows manual processing for bank transfers, checks, or alternative payment methods.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Observa\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> The Offline payment gateway requires the Plus plan or higher.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>IMAGEM<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>You must set at least one payment method. Furthermore, you can offer both methods at the same time for better flexibility. In addition, you can <strong>enable additional payment methods through Stripe integration<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Payment configuration affects the entire member experience from registration through renewal. Offering multiple payment options, including national and regional payment solutions, makes the purchase decision easier for users.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Additionally, proper setup ensures reliable payment processing and reduces the number of support requests.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Understanding Payment Flow<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"offline-payment-process-with-wishlist-lms\"><a href=\"#offline-payment-process-with-wishlist-lms\">Offline Payment Process  With WishList LMS<\/a><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Observa\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> This feature requires the Plus plan or higher.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>An offline payment gateway is a <strong>manual payment method<\/strong>, which means payments are not processed automatically. Hence, you need to <strong>track payments<\/strong> e <strong>manage WishList LMS transactions and subscriptions manually<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This method can be used for <strong>transfers to your bank account or<\/strong> if you use a <strong>third-party service<\/strong> for collecting payments.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The offline payments flow:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>A member navigates to the <strong>membership registration page<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<li>Before submitting the registration, the user must select the <strong>Offline payment<\/strong> option.<\/li>\r\n<li>The member will be able to see the <strong>payment instructions<\/strong> on the registration page. Members will also receive these payment instructions via email.<\/li>\r\n<li>WishList LMS will automatically <strong>create a pending transaction<\/strong> waiting for the payment confirmation. <strong>In case of recurring memberships<\/strong>, WishList LMS will <strong>also create a<\/strong> <strong>subscription<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<li>Using the payment instructions, the member completes the payment offline (e.g. transfers funds to your bank account).<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Once you receive the payment<\/strong>, you need to confirm this <strong>manually<\/strong>. You can do it by finding the <strong>pending transaction in WishList LMS<\/strong>, and changing its status to <strong>Completed<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<li>The member will immediately gain access to protected content until the transaction expiry date.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>On <strong>recurring subscription renewal<\/strong>, you will also need to <strong>create a new transaction in WishList LMS manually<\/strong>. Furthermore, you&#8217;ll need to associate this new transaction with the member&#8217;s existing subscription.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"admin-must-manually-complete-transactions\"><a href=\"#admin-must-manually-complete-transactions\">Admin Must Manually Complete Transactions<\/a><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The Offline payment method includes an <strong>Admin Must Manually Complete Transactions and Upgrades<\/strong> toggle. This setting controls the default status of new offline transactions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Quando <strong>enabled<\/strong>, new offline transactions start as Pending. Members gain access only after an administrator marks the transaction Complete.<\/li>\r\n<li>Quando <strong>disabled<\/strong>, new offline transactions start as Complete. Members receive immediate access while payment arrives separately.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"online-payment-process-with-wishlist-lms\"><a href=\"#online-payment-process-with-wishlist-lms\">Online Payment Process With WishList LMS<\/a><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Stripe provides a seamless experience for both members and administrators, eliminating the need for manual intervention.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Members select their desired membership and enter payment details directly through the registration page.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Observa\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> Your users are submitting their payment details using the <strong>secure Stripe payment form<\/strong> integrated with WishList LMS. Stripe handles secure payment processing <strong>without storing sensitive payment<\/strong> (e.g. credit card) <strong>data on your website<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"one-time-online-payment-flow\"><a href=\"#one-time-online-payment-flow\">One-Time Online Payment Flow<\/a><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>A member navigates to the <strong>membership registration page<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<li>Before submitting the registration, the user selects Stripe as the payment method.<\/li>\r\n<li>This calls the secure payment form from Stripe, allowing the user to add payment details.<\/li>\r\n<li>WishList LMS creates a <strong>temporary pending transaction<\/strong> waiting for payment confirmation.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Stripe processes the payment<\/strong> securely and creates a <strong>transaction on your Stripe account<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<li>Stripe transfers the transaction ID to WishList LMS, which updates the transaction status to <strong>Completo<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<li>The member gains immediate access and receives the confirmation email.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"recurring-online-payment-flow\"><a href=\"#recurring-online-payment-flow\">Recurring Online Payment Flow<\/a><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>The initial registration follows the same steps as the one-time flow.<\/li>\r\n<li>WishList LMS additionally creates a <strong>temporary subscription<\/strong> alongside the temporary transaction.<\/li>\r\n<li>Stripe creates a <strong>subscription on your Stripe account<\/strong> and manages automatic renewals.<\/li>\r\n<li>Stripe transfers both the subscription and transaction IDs to WishList LMS.<\/li>\r\n<li>For each billing period, Stripe charges the stored payment method and sends the new transaction data via webhook.<\/li>\r\n<li>WishList LMS creates a new transaction for each renewal and extends the member&#8217;s access automatically.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-danger\"><strong>Warning:<\/strong> Deleting subscriptions, transactions, users, or the WishList LMS plugin will not cancel recurring subscriptions at the payment gateway. Cancel active subscriptions through the WishList LMS dashboard before removing related records.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"setting-up-wishlist-lms-payment-methods\"><a href=\"#setting-up-wishlist-lms-payment-methods\">Setting Up WishList LMS Payment Methods<\/a><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Payment method configuration determines how members can pay for subscriptions. Each method requires a specific setup and connects to one gateway. Multiple payment methods offer options tailored to different member preferences.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Developers can also add custom payment gateways through the WishList LMS gateway API.
